Ingredients:
Palappam batter / Dosa batter (I used this batter: Palappam with rice flour -
Eggs – 2
Onion
Carrot (You can also use capsicum)
Coriander leaves
Crushed chilly
Green chilly
Curry leaves
Salt
Oil – 2 tbsp
Steps:
Add onion, carrot, green chilly, curry leaves, crushed chilly, egg and salt to a bowl and mix well.
Add 8 ladles of palappam batter and oil.
Mix well
Heat the appachatti.
Pour a ladle of batter on high flame and swirl the pan.
Cover and cook on medium for a couple of seconds.
Then reduce the flame to low and cook until it is cooked completely.
Transfer it to a plate and enjoy the variety appam.
