UK Armed Forces Minister on the Rock to oversee signing of new Act 19.11.18

The Minister of State for the UK Armed Forces arrived in Gibraltar over the weekend to oversee the signing of the new Armed Forces Act. Colonel Mark Lancaster described it as a "milestone event".
