THE WORKOUT (7.57)
Single-leg Elevated Thrusts - 8 per leg X 4
Sumo Squats - 8 reps X 5
Elevated Toes Sumo Deadlifts - 8-10 reps X 5
SUPERSET Elevated Constant Tension Sumo Squats into Pulses - 7 reps into 7 pulses
With 7 sumo squat jumps
X 4
Bulgarian Split Squat Pulse with Jump - 8 per leg X 3
Hip Thrusts - 10 reps X 3
THE BANANA MUFFIN RECIPE
Mix together:
110g Melted Coconut Oil
160g Honey
3 Mashed Bananas
80g Milk
Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Teaspoon Baking Soda
Half Teaspoon Cinnamon
Sprinkle of Salt
Fold in 220g Wholewheat Flour, 30g Oats and Handful Dark Choc Chunks (optional)
Place in Muffin Cases and sprinkle oats, sugar and cinnamon on top!
Bake for 30 mins on 165 celsius.
